Low Fat Whole Wheat Ratatouille Calzone- Part 2 Recipe
Ingredients WHOLE WHEAT CALZONE DOUGH 1 Package active dry yeast 3/4 Cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees) 1 Tablespoon sugar 3/4 Teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 Cups whole wheat flour Method Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 1 cup of the flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
