Low Fat Warm Greens With Balsamic Vinaigre Recipe
Ingredients 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms -- (about 4 ounces) 2 cups -- 1 2 inch piece leaf lettuce 2 cups -- 1 2 inch piece spinach 1 1/2 cups -- 1 2 inch piece radicchio 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted Method Heat Balsamic Vinaigrette in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in vinaigrette 3 minutes; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until greens begin to wilt. Serve immediately.
