3/4 cup tomato juice, low-sodium

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1 tablespoon scalllions, chopped

1 pinch sugar

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

Method

Place all ingredients in a jar witha tight-fitting lid and shake until thoroughly mixed.
