Low Fat Sweet & Sour Dressing 1 Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup water 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar 1 teaspoon ground paprika 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 1 teaspoon celery seed Method Combine water, sugar, mustard, & vinegar in blender or food processor and process until well combined. Whisk in paprika & celery seed. Makes 2 cups. 27 calories per 1/4 cup serving. 0.1 g fat. 3% fat. NOTE: I sometimes add a tsp. of poppy seeds to this as well.
