Low Fat Strawberry Nonfat Whip Recipe
Ingredients 3/4 cups very cold skim milk 1/2 cup fresh strawberries --cut in 1/2-inch pieces sugar or sugar substitute, to taste -- optional Method In medium bowl, with electric beater or hand blender, whip milk about 1 minute, or until triple in volume. Add strawberries and sugar. Whip another 30 seconds; pour into tall chilled glass. Per serving: About 90 cal, 7 g pro, 14 g car, 1 g fat, 10% cal from fat, 3 mg chol 95 mg sod, 2 g fiber.
