Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray

6 medium apples, cored

-- pared and diced

14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup granola

Method

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spray a 9-inch-square baking pan with cooking spray.

2.Place sliced apples in prepared pan.

In small bowl, combine milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour.

Pour evenly over apples.

3.Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

Cover with aluminum foil; bake 20 minutes longer.

Serve warm, topped with granola.

Makes 10 servings.

Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Baking time: 40 minutes.
