Low Fat Roasted Red Pepper Vinagrette Recipe
Ingredients 1/4 cup apple juice 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons white onion 1 clove garlic, pressed, up to 2 1 pinches rosemary and thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried wholeoregano 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 a roasted red bell pepper 5 tablespoons orange juice 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 pinch cayenne, optional Method Blend thoroughly, salt to taste, and chill overnight.
