Low Fat Raspberry-peppercorn Dressing Recipe
Ingredients 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/8 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup water 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 1 to 2 teaspoons green peppercorns in water, drained* *Substitute 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper. Method Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 1-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
