Low Fat Pummelo Tangelo And Banana Salad Recipe
Ingredients 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons orange juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard 1/2 teaspoon sugar 3 tangelos, sectioned 1 pummelo, sectioned 1 banana, sliced 4 cups baby lettuces, cleaned -- or torn mixed greens edible flowers -- or snipped chives, optional Method For vinaigrette, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, mustard, and sugar in a screw-top jar.
