Low Fat Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper -- (about 1 small) 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion -- (about 1 small) 1 small red chili, seeded and finely chopped 2 cups -- 1 1/2 inch pie pineapple -- (about 1/2 medium) 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 2 tablespoons lime juice Method Cook bell pepper, onion and chili in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. ABOUT 2-1/2 CUPS SALSA. Cooks Comments and Tips |
