Low Fat Pina Colada-style Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients 1 packet plain instant oatmeal 2/3 cup low-fat milk 1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut 2 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple 1 teaspoon brown sugar Method 1.Stir together oatmeal, milk and coconut. 2.Microwave on High power for 2 1/2 minutes. 3.Stir in pineapple and brown sugar.
