Ingredients 1/4 cup tomato juice 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano 1 tablespoon minced onion 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup fresh or canned tomatoes, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced Method Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
