Low Fat Melon Salsa With Dry Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup diced cantaloupe 1 cup diced honeydew melon 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 1/4 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons dry vermouth 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed 1/4 teaspoon salt Method Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and set aside for 1 hour or more to let flavors blend. Serve with grilled lamb or chicken. Note: Two cups diced mango can be substituted for the cantaloupe and honeydew melon.
