Low Fat Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients 2 mangoes, peeled -- pits removed 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 serrano pepper -- or jalapeno pepper, seeded -- finely chopped Method Coarsely chop mangoes to make 1 1/2 cups. In medium bowl, combine mangoes with green onion, lime juice, cilantro and hot pepper; mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
