Ingredients

8 ounces Fat-free ricotta cheese

6 ounces Lowfat cottage cheese

5 ounces Low-fat sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Peppermint oil, optional

1/8 ounce Sheet gelatin, softened

Method

Combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and

peppermint oil, if using in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Warm the mixture in a double boiler or microwave to 100°F (38°C). Stir in the

softened gelatin. Use immediately.

Yield: 1 lb. 3 oz.
