Low Fat Potato Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients 4 cups grated potato 1 cup grated onion 2 egg whites salt and pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons vegetable oil spray, or baking Method Preheat oven to 375F. Place rack in bottom third. Combine potatoes, onion, egg whites, salt and pepper. Grease or spray baking sheet. Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture and flatten into each circle.
