Low Fat Pineapple Sherbet High Fiber Recipe
Ingredients 6 cups boiling water 1 large can crushed pineapple (2-1/4 cups) 1/2 cup lemon juice 3 cups sugar 3 egg whites Method Pour boiling water over pineapple; add juice of lemons and sugar. Stir until well combined. Freeze until mushy in ice cube trays or a metal bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff; whisk into pineapple mixture. Freeze.
