Low Fat Grouper Lorange Recipe
Ingredients 2 pounds grouper (4 skinless, 8-ounce fillets, 1/2 inch to 3/4-inch thick) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons orange juice 2 teaspoons grated orange rind 1 Dash nutmeg 1 Dash pepper Method Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay grouper fillets in a large, shallow, greased baking dish. Add enough water to reach halfway up the thickness of the fish. Mix together oil, orange juice, and rind; pour over fish.
