Low Fat Dressing Recipe
Ingredients 2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup hot water 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper, to taste Method In a small bowl, combine the garlic and mustard and mix well. Whisk in the balsamic vinegar, hot water and sugar. Taste the dressing; the sugar should take the edge off the vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking continuously, until emulsified.
