Low Fat Hearty Bean And Pasta Stew Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup coarsely chopped tomato -- (about 1 large) 3/4 cup uncooked macaroni shells 1/4 cup chopped onion (about 1 small) 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 can kidney beans (16 ounces) drained 1 can chicken broth (14-1/2 ounces) 1 can garbanzo beans (8 ounces) drained Method Mix all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan.
