Low Fat Green Goddess Dressing Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 tablespoon chopped scallion 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves Method Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Chill for 1 hour. Serves 6 at 2 Tbsp. each. 26 calories per serving. 0.05 g fat per serving. 2% fat.
