1 medium plum tomato

Method

-- seeded and chopped 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 9 melba rounds or toasts In small bowl, combine tomato, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and black pepper.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon tomato mixture onto each melba round.

Makes 9 servings.
