Low Fat Feta-tomato Toppers Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup crumbled feta cheese --4 ounces 3 plum tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 36 melba rounds or toasts Method In small bowl, combine cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepper and oregano. Spoon onto melba rounds and serve. Makes 36 servings. Preparation time: About 8 to 10 minutes.
