Ingredients 3/4 cup low fat buttermilk 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 cloves garlic, pressed black pepper to taste 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cups cornflakes, crushed Method Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper.
