Low Fat Chicken In A Bun Recipe
Ingredients 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves --12 ounces total 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce nonstick spray coating 2 tablespoons fat-free italian salad dressing 4 whole-grain hamburger buns, toasted 4 lettuce leaves 4 thin slices red onion 4 tomato slices 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced Method Rinse chicken; pat dry. Brush with soy sauce. Spray an unheated large skillet with nonstick coating. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 8 to 10 minutes or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once. Drizzle chicken with salad dressing. Serve on buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, and cucumber.
