Low Fat Chicken And Grape Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey 3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice 1/4 cup sliced green onions (with tops) 1 3/4 cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon margarine 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup seedless grape halves 2 tablespoons chopped pecans Method Heat all ingredients except grape halves and pecans to boiling in 2-quart saucepan, stirring once or twice; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 14 minutes. (Do not lift cover or stir.) Remove from heat. Stir in grape halves and pecans, fluffing rice lightly with fork.
