Low Fat Cucumber-yogurt Sauce Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 large cucumber, pared, seeded, shredded and drained Method Mix all ingredients.
