Low Fat Cold Tuscan Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients 26 ounces tomato-basil pasta sauce 1 cup finely chopped chopped cucumber 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives Method 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 cups tomato juice Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
