Low Fat Citrus Herb Dressing Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut up 2 medium tomatoes, cut up 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup fresh parsley, loosely packed 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar 1 tablespoon dry mustard 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, or 1 tsp dried 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, or 1 tsp dried 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, or 1 tsp dried 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground, to taste Method Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed.
