Ingredients 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 cup cholesterol-free reduced- calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoons finely chopped canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt Method Beat all ingredients until smooth.
