Ingredients

1 can -- (14.5 oz) chilis,

-- green chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons honey

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, to taste

Method

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth.
