Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing 2 Recipe
Ingredients 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese --1 ounce 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped scallions salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste Method In a small bowl, whisk blue cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in buttermilk, vinegar, parsley and scallions. Season with salt and pepper. (The dressing will keep, revered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.) Makes about 2/3 cup. 15 calories per tablespoon; 1 gram protein; 1. 4 grams fat (0. 8 gram saturated fat); 1 gram carbohydrate; 75 mg sodium; 3 mg cholesterol; 0 grams fiber.
